摘要
抚顺石化公司石油二厂抽提、精馏装置采用石油化工科学研究院科研成果──“简化抽提流程四甘醇抽提芳烃新工艺”,利用大检修时间,分两期进行改造。改造后经过二年工业运行,考核标定的结果显示,抽提和精馏单元的处理能力分别提高38.5%和123%,芳烃回收率提高3.23个百分点,苯冰点由≤5.30℃提高到5.44℃,能耗下降23.9%,溶剂损耗下降40t/a以上,达到了改造的预期目的。取得了显著的经济效益。
A simplified process for aromatics extraction with tetraethylene-glycol solvent wasused to revamp the units of aromatics extraction and distillation in No. 2 Refinery of Fushun PetrochemicalCompany. After two years commercial running, the calibration showed that the economic bent fit was obvious. The capacity of the aromatics extraction unit and the distillation unit increased by 38. 5 wt% and 123wt% respectively, the aromatics recovery increased by 3. 23 wt%, the benzene frozen point increased from5. 30 ℃ to 5. 44℃ , the energy consumption decreased by 23. 9%, and the solvent consumption decreased30 t/a.
