浅谈总承包建设项目档案管理工作

Discussion on the Files Management for General Contract Constructuion Project

通过总承包建设项目档案管理的实践,阐述了总承包建设项目及其项目档案管理的特点、重要性和在总承包建设项目过程中各分包单位的档案管理职责、管理方式、文件材料的收集范围及整理方法,指出了总承包建设项目档案管理目前存在的问题和解决的方法。

Through the practice of the files management in the geneal contract construction project, this paper expounds the general contract project and its features of files management, importance, and the files management duty, management mode, documents collection scope and putting in order method of the subcontract during the process of the general contract construction project. Its existing problem and solving method are pointed out.
