摘要
综述了植物雌激素的活性成分、生理功能及应用等方面的研究。
The phytoestrogen, derived from plants in the nature,is a kind of compounds with estrogen-like biological activities. Phytoestrogens have positive effects on dieases related to estrogen and broedly used to improve menopausic syndrome, control cardiopathy, prevent osteoporosis and turnout, Alzheimer＇s Disease ,etc. The research advances in bioactive component and physiological function and application of Phytoestrogen were critically reviewed in this paper.
