望山红苹果花青素及果实内含物含量变化的研究 被引量：1

摘要 对望山红苹果花青素与果实内含物含量的相关性进行研究。结果表明:花青素含量与可溶性固形物、总糖含量及糖酸比呈极显著正相关,与酸含量呈极显著负相关。
