摘要
测定了东营市9种盐生野菜和几种日常食用的蔬菜中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐及维生素C的含量。结果证明:茵陈蒿、山苦荬、酸模、苣荬菜、蒙古雅葱符合无公害蔬菜标准,可以食用,并且他们都含有较多的维生素C,营养价值较高。灰绿藜、藜硝酸盐含量超标,地肤、翅碱蓬、灰绿藜亚硝酸盐含量超标,这些野菜不宜食用。
The contents of nitrate, nitrite and vitamin C in Wild Vegetables grown in saline and alkaline land and some daily vegetebles were determined. It was proved that Artemisia capillaris Thunb.,lxeris chinensis (thunb.)Nakai,Rumex acetosa L.,Sorwhus brachyotus D C. and Scorzonera mongolica Maxim belonged to non- polluted vegetable,they were nutrition vegetable because they had more vitamin C,but Chenopodium glaucum L. and Chenopodium album L. contained high content of Nitrate and Kochia scoparia (L.) schard,Suaeda crassifolia Pall and Chenopodium glaucum L. still had high content of nitrite.
