摘要
对大孔吸附树脂纯化分离无梗五加果总黄酮的工艺进行了研究。试验表明:HPD600树脂对无梗五加果总黄酮具有较好的吸附和解吸效果,最佳纯化工艺条件为:上样液pH=5.06,浓度为0.5mg/ml,结果与树脂用量比为101∶,控制流速为1ml/min,以64ml体积分数为70%的乙醇解吸,最终得到的黄酮纯度可达86.79%。
In this experiment,the macroperous absorbing resin is used to purify and separate flavonoids. The experimental results showed: HPD600 resin had better absorbing and conciliating ability. The pH and the concentration of the original solution was 5.06 and 0.5 mg/ml;the conciliating eluent was 70 % ethanol and the velocity of flow was 1 ml/min. In this condition, the purity of flavonoids was 86.79 % .
