常减压炉高效节能渣油喷嘴的研制

摘要 针对常减压炉以重油、渣油这一类高粘度劣质油为燃料的问题,试验研究和设计了内混合多孔互击式音速空气雾化喷嘴,其雾化粒度(索太尔平均直径SMD)≤20μm,不易堵塞、结焦,强化了燃烧,同时从原理和结构上解决了雾化细度(燃烧完全性)和火焰长度(火焰刚性)间的矛盾,火焰刚性很好。根据试验结果得出了一些有价值的设计经验,设计的喷嘴经工业炉运行1年的验证,取得了节油10%左右的节能效果。 A series of internal mixing air atomizing nozzles with sonic speed were studied anddesigned to solve the high viscosity inferior fuels used in atmospheric and vacuum furnaces in crude distillation. The average diameter (SMD) of the atomized particles are ≤20 um. It has the advantages of lessplugging and coking, strengthening the combustion and resolving the contradiction between fine spray(combustion completeness) and flame length (flame rigidity). The said nozzle has been put into industrialoperation for one year and 10% of fuel was saved.
