黄瓜褐斑病菌侵染条件及致病性研究

温度与保湿时间对黄瓜褐斑病菌的侵染有很大的影响。病原菌侵染的最佳温度和保湿时间组合为:温度25～30℃,保湿时间24～48h。不同黄瓜品种对敏感性差异较显著,津春3号、山东密刺、甘丰3号为高度感病品种,津春4号为中抗品种,津春5号和中农5号为抗病品种。不同菌株之间致病力有较明显差异,Xin-1、Xin-4的致病力较强,Xin-2号次之,Xin-3号致病力较弱。不同年份分离的菌株致病力不同,X-043菌株的致病力较强,X-035菌株的致病力次之,X-029菌株的致病力较差。

Temperature and wetness periods greatly affect the infection of C. cassiicola Wei . The favorite combination of temperature and wetness period for infection is that temperature is from 25 to 30 ℃ and wetness period from 24 to 48 h. The susceptibility tests of different varieties of cucumber to Corynespora cassiicola Wei indicated that Jinchun-3, Shandong and Ganfeng-3 have more susceptibility than others. The pathogenicity tests of various isolates showed that Xin-1, Xin-4 have stronger virulence than Xin-3 and Xin-2. The pathogenicity tests of different period isolates showed that X-043 is strongest than others.
