美地那活化剂对土壤微生物呼吸作用的影响

Effect of Active Pharmaceutical-Medina on Soil Microbe Respiration

采用直接吸收法,研究了美地那活化剂对土壤微生物呼吸的影响。结果表明:40和100μg/g美地那活化剂对土壤呼吸作用有抑制作用,4和10μg/g美地那活化剂对土壤微生物活性有促进作用;美地那活化剂在土壤中作用2周后,微生物活动加强;在大田正常使用浓度范围内,美地那活化剂对土壤微生物呼吸有促进作用,能调节植物生长。

Effect of pharmaceutical -Medina on the respiration of soil microbe was measured through the direct absorption method. The results showed that the active pharmaceutical-Medina at 40 μg/g and 100 μg/g had the breathe inhibition to the soll ,but it enhanced the soil respiration at 4 μg/g and 10 μg/g and the application of active pharmaceutical-Medina in 2 weeks later, the microorganism began to growth. It stimulated activity of soll microbe and coordinated plants growth in field.
