摘要
针对高强化系数、大功率铁路内燃机车运行的特点,对中国石化兰州炼油化工总厂生产的基础油、添加剂进行了研究,确定了包括高碱性硫化烷基酸钙的“9532”配方,调制的多级铁路内燃机车四代油具有明显的节能效果;在ND5机车上进行的使用试验表明,其主要性能略优于美国ORONITE公司OLOA2939复合剂调制的四代油。
Aiming at the running features of the high power railroad internal combustion locomotive, studies on the base oil and additives produced by Lanzhou Petroleum Processing and ChemicalComplex were carried out. The new formulation of the multigrade internal combustion engine oil of thefourth generation including the component of high basic sulfurized alkylphenol was determined. Its application in the NDS internal combustion locomotive showed that the main performance was corresponded toOLOA2939 fourth generation engine oil produced by Oronite Company, USA, and also showed less energyconsumption.
