阐述了我国农村金融机构的功能定位,指出要解决的4个关键问题,衡量了农村金融机构业绩的指标:覆盖面和持续性。最后提出要统筹发展城乡金融机构,以促进农村金融机构的发展,为农村经济的繁荣提供支持。

There are three parts in this article. The first part explained the function of rural financial institution in China, and the four key points in its positioning. The second part focused on the criterion to evaluate the performance of rural financial institutions. The last part gave out some suggestions to build a better rural financial system.
