普伐他汀对急性心肌梗死的疗效及抗炎作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究普伐他汀对急性心肌梗死(AMI)治疗作用及其机制。方法将体重1.5-2.5 kg的成年兔24只随机分为对照组(A组),普伐他汀组(B组)两组,建立AMI模型并给予相应的干预,作术后6 h血液学观察,4 d时分别作血液、血清、血流动力学、大体形态测量及组织学的观察,4周时测量瘢痕厚度。结果B组与A组比较,6 h,4 d及4周时白细胞数明显下降(P<0.05),术后4 d一氧化氮(NO)两组差异无显著性(P>0.05),心房钠尿肽(ANP)、丙二醛(MDA)、左室功能测定值(STI)、左室舒张未压(LVEDP)、梗死面积均明显下降(P<0.05)。4周时B组瘢痕厚度较A组变薄(P<0.05),组织学检查显示A组梗死区术后4 d坏死心肌组织结构消失,中性粒细胞大量浸润,B组白细胞浸润程度与A组无明显差异,但B组梗死区中有少许坏死心肌组织。在B组梗死区边缘可见有带细胞核的心肌细胞结构,可能是活的心肌细胞岛,但A组少见。结论证实普伐他汀对AMI短期使用后疗效显著,其抗炎作用在此过程中的意义值得关注。
