摘要
炼油厂合硫污水经汽提获得的粗氨经常规的氨精制工序达不到化工用氨的要求。昆山市精细化工研究所开发的KC-2型改性活性炭精脱硫剂和KT310型常温氧化锌脱硫剂和它们串联使用的工艺可将气态氨中硫化氢脱除至0.1μg/g。介绍了精脱硫工艺的小试及工业应用结果,并讨论了某些工程问题。
The conventional sulfur removal process for desulfurizing crude ammonia from wastewater stripping can not meet the demand of chemically clean ammonia. A process developed by KunshanResearch institute of Fine Chemicals by using KC-2 modified activated carbon and KT310 zinc oxide desulfurization catalysts in series reduced the hydrogen sulfur content in gaseous ammonia to 0. 1 ppm. The pilot plant experiment and the industrial application results are presented, and some engineering problemsare also discussed.
