注意缺陷多动障碍儿童本顿视觉保持测验的研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的某些神经心理学特征及可能相关的机制。方法采用本顿视觉保持测验、瑞文标准推理测验对52例ADHD儿童和30例正常儿童进行实验测试。结果ADHD儿童在BVRT3种测试方法中得分均值与对照组比较均有显著性(P<0．05,P<0．01),C法(P<0．05),B,D法(P< 0．01)。两组间6种错误类型的错误总次数比较,变形、旋转、位置错误得分均值ADHD组显著高于对照组(P< 0．01),总错误得分均值两组差异亦有显著性(P<0．01)。两组组内不同性别成绩差异无显著性(P>0．05)。控制年龄因素的影响后,ADHD组BVRT的总错误分与瑞文标准推理测验的B,C,E组,总分、IQ呈负相关。结论①ADHD儿童在BVRT中表现出视觉记忆、视知觉、视觉空间结构、视觉运动整合能力不足;②影响ADHD儿童BVRT成绩差的成分包括空间整体知觉能力、抽象概括及类比推理能力等。
