摘要
目的检测四川省食品中单核细胞增生性李斯特菌的污染状况,初步确定污染高危食品,为食物中毒监测提供科学依据。方法用国标法检测,经VITEK32全自动微生物鉴定系统和APIlisteria试剂条鉴定。结果从461份9种食品中检出单增李斯特菌90株,总的污染率为19·5%,其中污染最严重的是冻禽类为47·5%,其次为水产品达42·5%。结论四川省食品中存在单增李斯特菌的污染,应加强相应的卫生监管力度。
Objective To detect the contamination condition of Listeria monocytogenes in food of Gichuan province, to provide scientific basis for detection of food poisoning. Methods According to the international standard method, Listeria monocytogenes in food were detected. VITEK32 microbiology analysis system and API microbiology analysis system were used to identify bacteria. Results 90 strains of Listeria monocytogenes were detected from 461 samples of 9 kinds of food and the contamination rate was 19.5 %. In all the 9 kinds of food, the contamination rate of frozen birds was the highest (47.5%), the second was aquatic products (42.5 % ) Conclusions The study demonst rated that the Listeria monocytogenes contamination exists in the food of Sichuan province. The relevant supervision of sanitation should be strengthened
