根据82B盘条在拉拔过程中造成断裂的原因,将断裂分为材质断裂、焊接断裂和工艺断裂3类。从断口的外观形貌分析材质断裂,从原料和操作方面分析焊接断裂,从润滑和酸洗方面分析加工工艺断裂,对造成各种断裂的原因进行详细说明。
On the basis of break cause of 82B wire rod during wire drawing, break comprises such three kinds as material break, welding break and process break. To analyze material break from surface appearance, welding break from raw material and operation process break from lubrication and acid pickling. Break causes are explained in detail.
