摘要
对高碳82B,77B系列盘条在拉拔过程中常出现的脆断现象进行分析,指出碳偏析、缩孔、表面横裂缺陷是导致盘条在拉拔过程中发生断裂的主要原因。通过优化连铸工艺,提高盘条的质量,降低用户在使用过程中的断丝率。
To analyze brittle break of 82B, 77B series high carbon wire rod during wire drawing. It is pointed out that carbon segregation, shrinkage void, horizontal crack defect on the surface are the main cause for break of wire rod during wire drawing. Optimizing casting process and improving quality of wire rod can decrease break rate of steel wire in the course of using by consumers.
