摘要
阐述三角股钢丝绳捻制设备存在的问题,分析计算6V×19,6V×30,6V×34,6×25TS等三角股钢丝绳的技术参数,通过计算钢丝绳的螺距与各股的捻距之比,确定出筐篮传动速比、螺距成形传动速比,绘制出8级和32级变速转速图,给出三角股捻股机的传动图和技术参数,对三角股合绳机的研制提出一些观点和建议。
To expound the problems existing in the stranding equipment for triangular-strand wire rope. The technical parameters of 6V×19, 6V×30, 6V×34, 6×25TS triangular-strand wire rope are analyzed and calculated. The basket transmission velocity ratio and the velocity ratio of figuration of the pitch of screws are confirmed by calculating the ratio between the pitch of screws of wire rope and the lay pitch of every strand. The eight-grade and thirty-two-grade shift rotation speed chart are protracted. The transmission chart and technical parameters of triangular-strand strander are given. Some viewpoints and suggestions of development of triangular-strand closer are put forward.
