苏州科技园科技新天地工程超长底板抗裂防渗技术

摘要 苏州科技园科技新天地工程地下室长约260m,宽约120m,除主楼四周设沉降性的后浇带以外,地下室其余地方均不设后浇带,需一次性浇筑完毕。这样地下室连续浇筑的混凝土最长仍有200多m,尤其是对地下室900~2760mm厚底板大体积混凝土来说,裂缝的控制更值得重视。本工程运用抗裂防渗控制技术,采用不同限制膨胀率的补偿收缩混凝土,使超长混凝土结构不同部位的混凝土收缩得到了大小适宜的补偿,实现了超长混凝土结构的一次性连续浇筑,解决了超长混凝土结构无缝施工和设计的难题,效果良好。 The basement of the project is 260m long and 120m wide. Except the later-pouring settlement belt around the main building, no later-pouring belt is arranged for other part of the basement which has to be concreted once, with maximum successive concreting length above 200m. Special attention was paid to the crack control of the basement foundation slab of 900 to 2760mm thick. Anti-crack and seepage prevention technologies were adopted in the project. By using shrinkage-compensative concrete of different expansion ratios, the concrete shrinkage of the different part of the super long concrete structure was properly compensated, and the structure concrete was poured successively in one time, resolving the problem of jointless construction and design of the super long concrete structure effectively.
