摘要
人本主义心理学非常重视学生的主体作用,要求课程适合学习者的需要,认为教学应以学生为中心,注意开发人的潜能,使之达到一种“自我实现”;重视教学中的情感因素,倡导师生间的情感交流。本文重点从课程的设计,教师教学行为的更新,学生学习方法的改变,以及师生间情感的交流等方面阐述人本主义心理学对我国教育改革的启发。
Humanistic psychology attaches importance to students' subjective role. It holds that the curriculum should meet the needs of learners and the teaching process should regard the students as its center. Humanistic psychology helps to develop learners' potential and make them achieve "self- realization". It emphasizes the emotional factors in teaching process and advocates emotional communication between teachers and students. This paper discusses the enlightenment of humanistic psychology and educational reform, from the aspects of designing curricula, revising teaching behavior, altering students learning methods and emotional communication.
