摘要
为了获得包含使用压力、运动速度、负载等多个参数的气缸爬行判定式,设计不同工作参数进行气缸爬行试验,分析各个参数对爬行的影响程度,然后应用量纲分析,通过试验数据拟合以及线性、非线性回归分析,获得能够判别气缸在不同工况下是否出现爬行的判定式。为了验证判定式的有效性和通用性,用得出的判定式对拟合样本以外的试验数据进行预测。结果表明:判定式的计算值与试验值吻合较好,使用该判定式能够直接根据工况参数正确地预测气缸是否出现爬行现象。
To acquire a stick-slip criterion including such parameters as supply pressure, velocity and load, the stick-slip experiments with different working parameters are made and the effect of various factors on stick-slip is analyzed. With the dimensional analysis method, a criterion to distin- guish stick-slip and non-stick-slip under different working conditions is presented by fitting experiment data and linear and nonlinear regression analysis. To validate the validity and generalness of the criterion, experimental data except fitting samples are selected to predict with the criterion. Results show that numerical value is fit for the experimental value. The criterion can correctly predict whether stick-slip occurs directly from working parameters.
