黄嘌呤氧化还原酶与乳脂肪滴分泌 被引量：2

摘要 黄嘌呤氧化还原酶(XOR)是黄素钼蛋白家族的一员,XOR在乳中含量最为丰富,作为乳中的一种主要蛋白酶,越来越引起人们的兴趣。本文描述了XOR的分子结构及表达调控,XOR的组织分布及细胞定位。近年来发现,XOR能够通过与脂肪滴结合蛋白(ADPH)和嗜乳脂蛋白(B tn)的相互作用,在乳腺分泌乳脂肪滴的过程中起到重要的调节作用。对XOR的具体作用机制进行深入研究,有利于弄清乳腺发育和乳汁分泌机理以及对一些乳腺疾病的预防和治疗。
