摘要
研究了超声波提取三七总皂苷的影响因素,筛选出超声波提取三七总皂苷的最佳条件,并建立了利用紫外分光光度法快速测定三七总皂苷的方法。方法学实验表明,本法稳定性好,具有可重复性,除精密度和加样回收率稍低外,实验结果与HPLC结果呈现一致性趋势。因此本方法可用于快速检测三七质量及筛选优质三七个体,为三七的系统育种提供手段。
A rapid method to determine the total ginsenoside in Panax notoginseng for the genotype selection has been established in this study through the investigation of the best treatments covering sample weight, ultrasonic time, granularity, ultrasonic power, reagent, reagent bulk. The results indicated this methodology perform good stability and repeatability, but its precision and recovery were not as good as HPLC. For Panax notoginseng breeding and genotypic selection, this method seems to be rapid and effective for the quality screening among the individuals.
