摘要
薄板两辊卷圆加工中,回弹问题影响了工件成形的精度。通过大量试验来调整各影响参数的数值,会增加成本,降低生产效率。本文通过分析两辊卷圆技术原理及其成形过程,在对薄板受力和变形进行一系列简化的基础上,建立了两辊卷圆成形过程的理论分析模型,并推导出工件成形回弹公式,得到工件成形直径与模具辊直径的关系,为该技术的实际应用提供了理论指导。
Sheet curling by two-roller bending technical principle and its shaping process have been analyzed. Based on the simplification of force applied to sheet and sheet deforming, theoretic model of curling by two-roller bending has been set up and formula of springbaek been derived,the relationship between the diameter of shaped workpieee and mould-roller been established hence a theoretic direction for the application of two-roller bending in production.
