摘要
随着科学健身的需要以及社会体育文化的发展,使得人们对体育知识有了更多的需求。加强体育理论课的教学能够弥补当前高校体育教学中对这些需求知识传授的不足,同时促进教师的自身建设,提高教学质量。
The demand for knowledge of physical training grows with the development of the conception of scientific keeping fit and social physical educational culture. Theoretical instructions in PE (Physical Education) classes will make up for the inadequacy in knowledge in this aspect, and, at the same time, teachers themselves may get improved in PE teaching.
