一种视频序列中快速定位目标图像的硬件实现方案 被引量:3

摘要 针对车牌定位与分类难的问题,提出了一种适用于汽车牌照号码识别的新型图像定位和分类系统实现方案.该方案采用可重配置器件FPGA和数字信号处理器DSP协同工作,实现了便携式图像处理系统.给出了系统测试平台设计思路,并详细列出了新型系统的性能数据.经测试,当FPGA时钟为50 MHz时,系统吞吐率为15帧/s,可以满足实时处理要求. A new system for localization and classification of images using FPGA and DSP is proposed In this paper, in order to solving the difficulties of accurate locating the license number plate , developing a portable system for image processing. At last, the designing method of the testing platform is given with comprehensive test data listed. Relevant experiments shows that the system throughput rate is within 15 frames per second when FPGA clock is 50 MHz, which has met the requirement for real time processing.
