The system managed the Industrial Personal Computer weighing-control instrument AD4325A to carry through the setup of parameter of raw material ratio. The PLC-F70S controlled the ingredient-weighing hopper car and discharge device to carry out the automatic discharge of the raw material by the feedback signal from the prescription parameter and AD4325A, The system also could carry out the demand and statistics of the raw material and product,and created a relevant report forms. This manufacture practice shows that the efficiency and quality of the ceramic glaze product can be improved,and the cost of manufacture and management can be reduced. The system has a very good value of application.
