中华乌塘鳢消化道内分泌细胞的鉴别与定位 被引量:5

摘要 应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶免疫细胞化学方法,对中华乌塘鳢消化道中的Som、5-HT、PP、VIP、SP和CT等内分泌细胞进行鉴别和定位.结果表明:Som细胞在贲门胃、中肠分布较多,食道与幽门胃较少.5-HT细胞在食道较为丰富,胃中次之,前肠较少.PP细胞仅分布于肠道,后肠居多,前肠、中肠较少.VIP细胞分布于食道及贲门胃,食道处较少.SP细胞在后肠较为丰富,前肠分布较少.CT细胞集中在胃部,前肠偶见,其余部位未发现.不同种类内分泌细胞的数量分布和形态特征存在一定的差异,本文对其可能的内分泌方式和功能进行了讨论. By using immunocytochemical method of Streotavidin-Peroxid (S-P), 6 kinds of antisera raised against rabbit hormones: 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), somatostatin (Som), pancreatic polypeptide (PP), vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP), substance P (SP) ,and calcitonin (CT) were used to indentify and locate the endocrine cells in the digestive tract of Bostrichthys sinensis. The results showed that 6 kinds of immunoactive cells all exsited in the digestive tract of Bostrichthys sinensis in varying degree. Som-immunoreactive cells were mainly located in the stomachus carsiacus, numerously in the mitgut, rarely in the oesophagus and stomachus pyloricus,none in the foregut and hindgut. 5-HT -immunoreactive cells are distributed with the highest density in the oesophagus, the second highest in the stomachus carsiacus and pyloricus,occasionally in the foregut but none in the mitgut and hindgut. PP-immunoreactive cells also only presented in the gut with the highest density in the hindgut,secondly in the foregut and mitgut. VIP-immunoreactive cells were only presented in the oesophagus and stomachus carsiacus with higher density. SP-immunoreactive cells were seen numerously in hindgut, rarely in foregut, but none in any other parts of the digestive tract. CT-immunoreactive cells distributed mainly in the stomachus pyloricus,while sparsely in the foregut. The morphologic characteristics of the endocrine cells were described. The distribution feature of these cells and the relationship between their shape and the ways of endocrine were discussed.
