甘肃省水资源及其演变趋势分析

Analysis on water resources evolution trend in Gansu Province

采用最新的甘肃省水资源调查评价成果,对甘肃省水资源总量及其组成,时空分布特征,以及演变趋势进行了分析。结果表明:甘肃省水资源呈现年内高度集中,年际变化剧烈,河流含沙量大,水土流失严重,人均占有量偏少,与土地资源和生产力布局不匹配的特征,同时,20世纪90年代以来,天然来水量急剧减少,水资源严重短缺,并呈现减少的趋势,除甘南州、陇南市的部分地区以外,绝大多数已成为或接近严重缺水地区。根据近两年来水量分析,预计今后黄河流域和长江流域将出现6年左右的平水或偏枯水阶段。

This paper analyzed the gross amount of water resources and components, distribution features of space and time as well as evolutionary tendency through adopted the latest investigation and evaluation achievements of water resources in Gansu. The result proved that water resources in Gansu appears high concentration intra-year, severe change between years, much sediment concentration of rivers, serious erosion of soil and water, lower per capita occupation. These are not matched with distribution of land resources and productivity, in the meantime, rapid reduction of runoff, serious lack and decrease tendency of water resources, most areas have become or approached severe lack of water areas except partial areas of Gannan state and Longnan municipality since 1990＇s. There will be a normal or dry phase for about 6 years in Huanghe River Basin and Yangtze River Basin in the future.
