摘要
本文报道了一种新型填充床固定化酵母细胞生物反应器的连续乙醇生产.研究了停留时间对乙醇产量、残糖量、乙醇生产能力和反应器效率的影响。实验结果表明:该固定化酵母细胞生物反应器在发酵率、乙醇生产能力和反应器效率上具有显著提高。
The continuous ethanol production in a new type packed bed bioreactor with immobilized yeast cells was reported.The effect of residence time on ethanol yield,residual sugar,ethanol productivity and reactor volumetric efficiency were studied.The results showed that the immobilized yeast cell bioreactor had a remarkable improvement in fermentation rate,ethanol productivity and reactor volumetric efficiency.
