摘要
技术负荷价值,技术价值实现具有二重性,因此讨论技术价值实现的合理性越来越受到普遍的关注,文章旨在从哲学层面讨论技术价值实现合理性的标准和途径。
Technology is loadde with value and the realization of technical value have. duality, they are： one side is benificial for human being while the other is harmful paid to rationality of the realization of technical value. This essay analyzes the standards for and approaches to rationality of the realization of technical value in a philosophical perspective.
