“舜”是何人?“舜”和“重华”这两种称呼谁先谁后?“舜”一词为何意?“重华”一词又为何意?二者之间有什么内在的联系?本文认为“重华”的称呼在先,“舜”的称呼在后,二者都与草木有关,都有明亮之意,并且舜作为一个名词最能体现重华的属性。

Who is SHUN？ Which of the two appellations SHUN and CHONGHUA appeared first？ What＇s the meaning of the word SHUN as well the word CHONGHUA？ Is there any connection between the two words？ In this paper, the author proposes that the word CHONGHUA appeared prior to the word SHUN, and beth the words are related with vert and have the meaning of bright, especially as a noun the word SHUN reflects the attribute of CHONGHUA best.
