孔子的教学论思想及其现实价值

摘要 从“有教无类”的教学对象观与“全纳教育”、“君子”“成人”教学目的观与健全人格教育、“六艺”的教学内容观与和谐教育、“因材施教”“启发诱导”的教学方法观与学生主体性精神的培养、教学互动的教学过程观与交往性教学、“知人”“长善救失”教学评价观与开放性的“形成性教育评价”六个方面论述孔子的教学论思想及其现实价值。 The article discusses Confucius pedagogical thought and its realistic value from the following six respects. from the teaching object of "there should be no distinction of social status in education" to the all-recruitment education; from the teaching goal of "virtuous man" and "grown-up adult" to the education of sound personality; from the teaching contents of "six classical arts" to the harmonious education; from the teaching methods of "suiting the instruction to the student's level" and "stressing elicitation and guidance" to the cultivation of student's subject consciousness spirit; from the teaching process of the interdynamic teaching to the association teaching, and from the teaching judgement of "knowing one's subordinates well" and "developing one's good deeds and helping one out of faults" to the open-end "formal educaiton judgement".
