在我国的审判方式改革中,诉讼证据制度不断趋于完善。然而,在不断推进法治的进程中,诉讼证据制度的不足和弊端也日益显露出来,从而不利于深化司法改革和实现司法公正。因此,应采取有效措施,推进诉讼证据制度改革,从而促进司法公正和法治秩序。

During the course of reforms on trial pattern, the system of lawsuit evidence is on the way to perfection. But its imperfection and malpractice also become visible which do harm to the deepening of the reform of the system of law and the realization of the justice of law. So effective measures should be taken to push forward the lawsuit evidence reform and the law- governed order.
