摘要
在返青至起身阶段遭受冻害条件下,通过对00B5(临抗21×临抗2号)、00A33(石4185×烟1604)、00A45(石5300×烟1604)三化杀杂交组合杂种优势表现的研究,结果表明:CHA杂交小麦的株高、次生根、单株分蘖数、单株绿叶数和叶面积、干鲜重等农艺性状在整个生育期内仍表现出了很强优势,且因对冻害的反应不同表现的动态过程有所不同,株高表现分为“N”型和“余弦”型;次生根表现分为“凹”增长型、“双峰”增长型、“平滑”增长型;单株分蘖的表现为“指数”型、“双峰”型;单株绿叶数的表现为“N”型。据化杀杂交小麦在春季主要生长指标对温度变化的反应可分为“敏感”型、“中间”型、“迟钝”型。
We studied the heterosis of three hybrids--00B5 (Linkang21 ×Linkang2 ), 00A33 (Shi4185× Yan1604) and 00A45 (Shi5300 × Yan1604)) under low temperature during the course of reviving to jointing stage. The result shows : The heterosis of agronomic traits of CHA wheat hybrid is high in vegetation, such as height, secondary root, tillers, green leaves and leaf--area, fresh and dry weight, although CHA wheat hybrids are subject to cold temperature in spring. And the dynamic courses of heterosis of agronomic traits of three hybrids are different to some extent, the dynamic courses of plant height have" N " type and" cosine" type; the dynamic courses of secondary root" concave type"," bimodal" type and " smooth" type; the dynamic courses of tiller" index" type and" bimodal" type; the dynamic courses of leaves and leaf--area" N" type. Consequently, in view of the response to low temperature of the main growth index in spring, hybrids can be divided into the sensitive type, the middle type and the obtuse type.
