大青叶醇沉物药理作用的实验研究

Pharmacological Action Empirical Study of the Agents of Dyers Woad Leaf Immersed with Alcohol

目的:观察大青叶醇沉物与大青叶颗粒剂的药理学差异。方法:对比研究大青叶醇沉物与大青叶颗粒剂前浸膏的药理作用。结果:大青叶醇沉物的解热、抗炎及抗菌作用与同剂量大青叶颗粒剂前浸膏相同,其靛蓝含量高于大青叶颗粒剂前浸膏。结论:大青叶醇沉物有明显的解热、抗炎作用,大青叶制剂制备工艺有待改进。

Objective： To explore the difference of the agents of dyers woad leaf immersed with alcohol and yers woad leaf granule. Methods： To investigate the pharmacological action of the agents of dyers woad leaf immersed with alcohol and yers woad leaf granule. Results： The agents of dyers woad leaf immersed with alcohol and yers woad leaf granule have identical function in relieve fever, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activity. Conclusion： The agents of dyers woad leaf immersed with alcohol have relieve fever and anti-inflammatory function. Its preparation technology needs improvement.
