摘要
基于化学自动再生抑制型离子色谱电导法,以2.0mmol·L^-1Na2CO3+1.3mmol·L^-1NaHCO3+2%CH3COCH3做淋洗液,选择了最佳色谱条件,在10.5min内一次进样测定了矿泉水中F^-、Cl^-、NO^3-、SO4^2- 4种主要阴离子。测定样品的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.59%~5.83%,样品回收率在90.6%~107%之间。采用化学抑制模式的离子色谱法是检测矿泉水中阴离子的快速、准确的方法。
A new method based on self-regenerated chemical suppressed ion chromatography and conductivity detection has been established. The optimal condition of chromatography was selected with 2.0 mmol · L^-1Na2CO3 + 1.3 mmol · L^-1NaHCO3 + 2 % CH3COCH3 eluent. F^-, Cl^-, NO3^-, SO4^2- in mineral water could be efficiently separated and determined in one injection within 10. 5 m in. The relative standard deviation of the anion were 2.59% - 5.83 %. The recoveries ranged from 90. 6%-107% , respectively. Suppressed mode of anion chromatography is a rapid, accurate method for determination of the anion in mineral water.
