摘要
为给家畜寄生性线虫病的生物防治积累基础资料,分别采集马、牛、羊、驴、猪的新鲜粪便,进行捕食线虫真菌的分离培养,调查了捕食线虫真菌在不同家畜粪便中的分布情况。结果表明,420份粪样,共分离出12种捕食线虫真菌,两种未定名,其中A.oligospora,M.ellip sosporum和A.musiform is在所调查的家畜新鲜粪便中都出现,而且频率较高,属于优势种。具有三维菌网的菌株出现频率较高。
In order to accumulate foundational data for biological control of parasitical nematodiasis of livestock, 420 samples of fresh livestock (Horses, Donkey, Cattle, Sheep and Pig) faeces were collected. From them, Nematode trapping fungi were isolated and cultivated to investigate the distribution situation. A total of 12 species of nematode-trapping fungi were isolated in these samples of fresh faeces. Among them, two species were unidentified. In these isolated species, A. oligospora, A. rnusiformis, and M. ellipsosporurn were the dominant species in livestock fresh faeces, which were isolated from all the livestock fresh faeces. Species with adhesive networks were most frequently isolated.
