摘要
用组织分离法从陕北苹果的6种常见真菌病害的病组织中分离出了9种病原菌,并对其进行鉴定和生物学特性研究。结果表明:多数病原菌适宜在偏酸环境下生长,在10-30℃范围内各菌均能生长,早期落叶病常在低温、高湿环境下繁衍生长,陕北地区早春低温、冷凉、阴湿为其发病创造了条件,成为发病的高发期;而腐烂病的最适生长温度范围为25℃左右,陕北地区6-8月为其发病高峰期。
9 kinds of disease strains,with the organization parting method, were isolated from 6 kinds of common fungus sickness organization in the Northern Sha'anxi apple samples, to study the idetification and the biological characteristics. The result showed that the most disease strains are suitable under the meta-acid environment,and various fungi can grow in 10℃ to 30℃, under the low temperature, the humidity condition can hance growing speed, the early spring conditions in the Northern area of Shanxi that the low temperature,cold and damp climate lead it to occurencing easingly, and this phase becomes the time of macro occurence ; But the rotten sickness optimum temperature is 25 ℃. is period which diease easly oecurenee.
