敦化市雁鸣湖镇淡水鱼虾吸虫囊蚴感染情况调查

Investiation of the fluke metacercaria infection in the fresh water fish and crayfish of Yanminghu basin,Dunhua city

[目的]调查分析敦化市雁鸣湖镇境内淡水鱼虾吸虫囊蚴感染情况.[方法]收集当地21种1 810条淡水鱼和315只淡水虾,解剖提取鱼的肌肉和虾的软体组织,压片,显微镜下观察,进行动物试验以确定寄生虫种类.[结果]在当地淡水鱼虾体内未发现有华支睾吸虫囊蚴的感染;而在大川丁鱼、小川丁鱼及麦穗体内发现有横川后殖吸虫囊蚴的感染,其感染率分别为81.7%,16.1%,3.9%.

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the fluke metacercaria infection in the fresh water fish and crayfish of Yanminghu basin, Dunhua city. METHODS 21 species of 1 819 of fresh water fish and 315 of fresh water crayfish were collected, and the muscle of fresh water fish and the soft tissure of fresh water crayfish were carried out for tabletting and observing under the micrscope. The species of the parasite were defined by animal experiment. RESULTS The metacercaria infection of Clonorchiasis sinensis wasn＇t found. The metacercaria infection of Metagonimus yokogawai was found in big Saurogobio Dabryi Bleeker, small Saurogobio Dabryi Bleeker, Yakimoroko, and the infection rates of them were 81.7 % , 16.1%, and 3.9 %.
