摘要
本文对我院收治的93例经MEBO治疗的烧伤病人的临床资料进行了全面分析，其男女之间比例与国内资料基本相符，但小儿烧伤所占比例低于国内其它资料。作者认为，MEBO在体外虽无直接杀菌或抑菌作用，但临床实践其防治感染效果良好。作者将MEBO药膜视为一种能自动循环的生物敷料，它能改善和保护创面微生态的平衡。从而达到组织修复之目的。
This paper summarizes the experience in treating93 cases of burn using MEBO. MEBO though has ondirect bactericidal effect, it does have good infectionpreventing effect. It forms a thin fiIm after applied onthe wound and thus it protects the wounds from infec-tions. MEBO helps to maintain balance of microeco-system of the wounds and promotes the repair of thetissue.
