Advanced culture is badly needed for the construction of harmonious socialistic society. The library, as an essential component of the cultural institutions, takes on great mission in the process in which the librarian plays a new role. The construction of harmonious socialistic society requires we librarians to constantly improve our cultural qualities, work ethics, as well as to master professional skills all of which will turn the librarian expert into information guider for knowledge and center of the ever-studying library ,so that the librarian ,will contribute to the construction of the harmonious socialistic society.
