摘要
我院自1989年1月至1994年12月，共收治沥青烧伤12例，其中最小、面积1．5％，最大面积为35％。入院后，简单清创后，涂布MEBO，创面沥青2～3天脱落干净。用药简单，不受条件、环境限制，疗程短，见效快，止病效果好，减轻病人痛苦，无共发症，治愈率100％。
12 cases of pitch burn were treated with MEBO.The smaIlest burn area was 1. 5% and the Iargest35%. Upon hospitalization, the patients were treatedby spreading MEBO on the wounds after debriede-ment. The residual pitch was totally peeled off and re-moved in 2 to 3 days. The treatment was very simpleand easy. The treating course was short. MEBO hadgood analgesic effect. The curative rate was 100%.No complication occurred.
