摘要
测定了纳他霉素制剂等7种防霉剂对溜曲霉等10种引起广西仓储烟叶霉变的主要微生物的抑制作用,选出4种防霉剂进行了烟叶防霉试验。结果表明,在烟叶含水量为18%时,纳他霉素制剂2 000 m g/kg、富马酸二甲酯2 000 m g/kg和山梨酸钾2 000 m g/kg能有效抑制霉菌的生长繁殖,防止烟叶发霉。但在烟叶含水量为25%和35%时,防霉剂的防霉效果并不理想,这表明防霉剂的使用可以作为烟叶防霉的一种辅助手段。
Inhibitions of 7 fungicides against 10 iungi which causing tobacco mildew during storage in Guangxi were detected in petri dishes, and 4 fungicides were selected for determination of mildew controlling. The results showed that natamycin 2 000 mg/kg, dimethyl fumarate 2 000 mg/kg and potassium sorbate 2 000 mg/kg could control growth of microorganisms and prevent mildew at 18% moisture content, while the effects weren't good at 25% and 35%. It suggested that fungicides could provide a supplementary way to control mildew on tobacco.
