摘要
带状疤疹（HZ）是老年人的常见病。由于治疗不及时或方法不当促使群集水疱泛发，坏疽，使病情加重。临床常用治疗HZ的外用药由于疗程长，刺激重，患者十分痛苦难以接受。在门诊实践中，我院应用MEBO外用治疗58倒重症老年人HZ获得满意效果，现介绍如下。
Herpes zoster is commonly seen in the old peo-ple. lf not treated timely, the vesicles will aggregateto be universal and gangrenous. The case will bemore serious. The drugs conventionally used for treat-ing herpes zoster are very irritatjve and the therapeu-tic course is very Iong. The author recently usedMEBo for treating 58 cases of herpes zoster of theaged. The results were very satisfactory.
