摘要 目的:探讨我军现行管理与训练环境对士兵人格因素养成的影响,为我军管理、训练的内容与机制提供科学依据。方法:于2003-05/09以驻湖北地区某部队562名基层男性兵员为调查对象。采用cattellRB的16项人格因素问卷为工具。共187个题目,包含“乐群、聪慧、稳定、持强、兴奋、有恒、敢为、敏感、怀疑、幻想、世故、忧虑、实验、独立、自律、紧张”16项根源人格因素,测试由专业人员按统一的指导语实施,限定60min内完成。遵循16项人格因素的标定记分方法和标定公式,计算各因素得分并分别计算得出4项二级因素和4项综合评估结果。以受测样本原始数据建立Excel数据库,对结果按2年以下和3年以上两个军龄组,进行两样本总体均值差异性检验,以P≤0.05为具有显著性差异。结果:562名士兵的测试数据均进入结果分析。军龄在3年以上的士兵群体的“聪慧性、实验性、独立性”显著优于军龄在2年以下士兵群体(P≤0.05或P≤0.01);在4项次元因素上,不同军龄组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);军龄在3年以上的士兵群体“专业成就能力”与“创造能力”显著优于军龄在2年以下士兵群体(P≤0.05,P≤0.01)。结论:军龄与士兵创造性人格因素具有同趋相关,军队环境对强化士兵创造性人格因素具有促进性作用;军人角色意识对职业军人特征人格因素具有暗示性强化作用;士兵″现代人格″训练应成为我军军政训练的重要内容。 AIM: To explore the influence of contemporary conditions of managing and training in the army on the forming of soldiers' personality factors, and provide scientific references for improving the contents and mechanism of managing and training in the army. METHODS: Totally 562 grass-root male soldiers stationed in Hubei Province were selected and tested from May to September 2003 by 16 personality factor questionnaires of Cattell RB, which included 187 items and 16 root personality factors (crowd enjoyment, intelligence, stability, excited, persistence, adventure, sensitivity, suspicion, fancy, sophisticate, anxiety, ability of research, independence, self-discipline and tension). The test was conducted within 60 minutes under the uniform instructions of professionals. With the demarcated scoring method and formula, each factor was scored, then 4 grade-2 factors and 4 comprehensive evaluations were calculated respectively. An Excel database was built with the original data of samples, which were divided into A group of no more than 2 years and B group of no less than 3 years according to the length of military service. The data of two samples were tested with collective mean value difference, and P≤ 0.05 was considered as significantly different. RESULTS: All the data of 562 soldiers were involved in the result analysis. The 5 factors of intelligence, ability of research, independence, professional achievement and creativity of soldiers were remarkably superior in A group compared with B group (P ≤0.05 or P≤ 0.01). There was no statistic difference in 4 grade-2 factors between two groups (P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION: The creative personality factor of soldiers is positively correlated with the length of military service, and military circumstance has promotional effects on enhancing the creative personality of soldiers; Soldiers' role consciousness can implicitly strengthen the professional soldiers' characteristic personality; Training on soldiers' modern personality should be an important content of military and political training in the army.
