摘要
本文针对无氮冷硬呋喃树脂型砂粘结剂的室温固化,讨论了糠醇含量的变化对树脂形态结构的影响.采用 TEM、SEM 等测试技术,证实了无氮冷硬低呋喃树脂的形态结构是影响型砂粘结强度的主要因素.
In this paper,different morphological structures which vary with the contents of furfuryl alcohol in a new zero-nitrogen no-bake furan resin foundry sand binder are systematically studied by TEM.The result,investi- gated by SEM,shows that the morphological structures of this resin have a strong influence on the foundry sand mechanic properties such as binding strength and so on.
