In some intelligent instruments,people- machine interface usually is LED displays and small keyboard. The familiar work method has two kind： a kind of method is directly use the CPU in the system proceeds to display the dynamic scan and the keyboard examination;a kind of method is the special chip of the display and keyboard. But these two kinds of methods exsit weakness,one is respond to slow,one is higher price. This article introduces the construction and work principle of the electric circuit of display/ keyboard of a high price ratio. The electric circuit of the keyboard and display based on single chip AT89C51. It has characteristics of strong function and low price.
