摘要 用溶剂热法制备了SnS带状纳米晶和管状微米晶,通过XRD、SEM、TEM等方法对所制备的SnS纳米及微米晶的结构、形貌及组成进行了表征。结果表明,采用Na2S为硫源,乙二醇作溶剂,可制得宽度50-300nm,长度1~1.5μm的单一晶型的SnS纳米带;采用硫脲为硫源,乙二胺作溶剂,聚丙烯酰胺作分散剂,可制得孔径为0.4~0.8μm,长度达十几微米的管状SnS微米晶。 Tin sulfide nano/microcrystals including nanoribbons and submicrometer-sized tubes, has been synthesized via the solvothermal route. The product was characterized by XRD ,SEM and TEM, respectively. The phase structures, microscopic morphologies of SnS crystals were investigated. SnS nanoribbons with a width of 50-300 nm and a length of about several micrometers, were prepared using Na2S as the sulfur source and the Diethylene Glycol (DEG) as the solvent. The SnS submicrometer-sized tubes were prepared using the ethylenediamine(EN)as solvent with thiourea as sulfur source. The inner diameters and length of the microtubes are 0.4-0.8 μm and over 10 μm, respectively.
