摘要 利用Visual Basic编程语言开发了压力容器裂纹缺陷计算机辅助评定系统。采用压力容器的裂纹缺陷最为常见的CODJ、积分及双判据3种方法进行评定,并对疲劳寿命做出预测。经校核其评定结果准确可靠,避免了人工评定过程中的繁琐计算工作,实现了压力容器裂纹缺陷评定的自动化和智能化。 By using Visual Basic programming language,computer aided assessment systern of pressure vessel crack defect is realized. The system adopt three different methods such as COD, the J-integral and the double criterion to assess crack defect which is the most common defect in pressure vessels, and it can also forecast the pressure vessel fatigue life. Its calculating results are proved to be reliable. Thus it can avoid the tedious calculating work in the process of artificial assessment and has realized the automation and intellectualization in pressure vessel crack defect assessment.
